MAVLink Remote ID transponder released
Remote Identification or Remote ID for short is a wireless license plate to identify drones. Today, we have released the DroneBeacon MAVLink transponder: a Remote ID long-range transponder that can be controlled via MAVLink messages and can be integrated into drone products.
It is designed for drone manufacturers / system integrators. DroneBeacon MAVLink can be attached to a medium or large (consumer) drone. It is compliant with the (upcoming) standards in the EU and USA. Furthermore, the transponder is optimized for long range due to its transmit power and antenna design. It also supports all transmission protocols for maximum flexibility.
